February 27th, 2012

Today we are celebrating 3 birthdays! Kevin, Adrian, and Isaiah! We are so happy to celebrate their birthdays here at school! We had cupcakes for Adrian's birthday on Friday. They were delicious! We are so excited that our hero project is happening soon! All of the kids are collecting parts of their costume and will start bringing them tomorrow! Can't wait! Today Mrs. Cox will take pictures of the kids working on their project! Welcome back Carlos!

Tuesday February 21st

Today is Tuesday and yesterday we had a holiday! We are getting really excited about Easter coming soon! Will the Easter Bunny visit us? I bet he will if we follow directions and do the right thing!

Practice Test

So today we took our practice Stanford test! We did a great job but we just have to remember not to get nervous and do silly things on the test! Next week we are going to ROCK THE TEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we are going to practice our non-fiction strategies. We are going to ask questions about what we are reading. We are also excited to keep researching our heroes. And Valentine's Day is coming soon! YAY!
Alyssa was sick this weekend and we are so glad that she is here!
